What you'll get

- Contract: Replacement

- Salary: €12.65/h

- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00 to 16:30 (30 min lunch). Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00 (20 min lunch) and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 (20 min lunch).

The role

We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST (CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT.) for an important company dedicated to private label perfumery, cosmetics, and aromatherapy, offering accessible and sustainable alternatives to major luxury brands, located in Barcelona.

MISSION: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient, polite, and smooth service to external clients, internal clients, and suppliers who contact the Company.

What you'll do

Coordination with the warehouse for the management of shipments from other Departments.
Management of various administrative documentation.
Telephone and visitor assistance, always providing a professional and attentive image.
Filtering incoming company calls and attempting to provide a solution or redirect to the appropriate Department.
Receiving, registering, and channeling correspondence and/or packages that arrive via different courier companies.
Management of the Support tool for B2B and B2C.
Email management for the resolution of transport incidents and internal support.
