Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory, quality control, or similar positions within the industrial sector.
Own vehicle to access the workplace.
Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including Monday to Sunday, with the corresponding breaks according to the roster.
Ability to work following standardized procedures and quality standards.
Rigor and attention to detail.
Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Commitment to quality and food safety.
Ability to learn and adapt to dynamic environments.
Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Education & certifications

Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Analytical Laboratory and Quality Control or equivalent degrees in areas related to laboratory, analysis, quality, or process control.
We will also value university degrees in disciplines such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science and Technology, Pharmacy, or related areas.

The role

Guarantee compliance with the quality standards established by the company through the performance of laboratory controls and analyses, contributing to food safety and the excellence of production processes.

What you'll do

Perform quality analyses and tests in accordance with established procedures.
Guarantee that products comply with the quality standards defined by the company.
Execute in-line quality controls (Brix, carbonation, pH, and other parameters associated with the production process).
Perform quality controls on finished products and packaging materials.
Record and monitor key quality parameters.
Prepare reports on results, incidents, and control monitoring.
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives related to the laboratory area.
Comply with Quality, Food Safety, and Occupational Risk Prevention procedures.
