Awp Commercial Advisor (la Linea)

Carry out the maintenance and acquisition activities of the assigned client portfolio, to meet individual commercial objectives and contribute to the achievement of the Delegation's global objectives, as well as to guarantee client satisfaction and loyalty.

Your main duties will focus on:

• Perform an adequate development of the planned maintenance and acquisition visits, carrying them out with the necessary speed, in order to achieve the fulfillment of the set objectives, both individual and for the Delegation, as well as client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and support the actions of the Collectors in their charge, to ensure the correct collection of the machines in operation. Resolve cases of non-payment with the clients within their area of responsibility.
• Provide the necessary documents and data to comply with gaming regulations and guarantee the correct operation of machines.
• Apply the commercial action criteria and recommendations, developed by the Marketing Department. Participate in competitor studies that affect their Delegation.
• Offer products and services to the clients in their portfolio, to contribute to the profitability of the lines and to build loyalty with those same clients.

Llevar a cabo las actividades de mantenimiento y captación de la cartera de clientes asignados, para cumplir los objetivos comerciales individuales y contribuir al logro de los objetivos globales de la Delegación, así como para garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes.

• Realizar un adecuado desarrollo de las visitas de mantenimiento y captación planificadas, realizándolas con la celeridad necesaria, con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados, individuales y de la Delegación, así como la satisfacción de los clientes.
• Coordinar y apoyar las actuaciones de los Recaudadores a su cargo, para asegurar la correcta recaudación de las máquinas en explotación. Solucionar los casos de impagados con los clientes de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
• Aportar los documentos y datos necesarios para cumplir la normativa de juego y garantizar la correcta explotación de máquinas.
• Aplicar los criterios de actuación comercial y recomendaciones, elaborados por el Departamento de Marketing.Participar en estudios de competencia que afecten su Delegación.
• Ofrecer productos y servicios a los clientes de su cartera, para contribuir a la rentabilidad de las líneas y fidelizar los mismos clientes.
