SAT Technician

Attend to the corrective, preventive, and functional maintenance technical incidents necessary to keep the product in operation.

Your main duties will focus on:

• Perform corrective maintenance according to the priority segments (1, 2, 3, 4 and AADD), with maximum quality oriented towards zero defects.
• Reduce resolution times from the moment the notice is opened until the machine is repaired. The priority is the same: 1, 2, 3, 4 and AADD.
• Perform complete preventive maintenance of those sent by systems as priority 1 (segments 1, 2, 3 and AADD), and as the last priority those of segment 4 to keep the fleet in perfect condition both in terms of interior and exterior appearance, as well as functionality.
• Perform every modification, version, or protection to ensure the functioning of the product and reduce its vulnerability to malicious manipulations. Reload machines to avoid machine downtime due to empty loads.

Atender las incidencias técnicas correctivas, preventivas y de mantenimiento funcional necesario para mantener el producto en funcionamiento.

• Realizar el mantenimiento correctivo conforme a los segmentos de prioridad (1, 2, 3,4 y AADD), con la máxima calidad orientada al defecto 0.
• Reducir los tiempo de resolución desde que se apertura el aviso hasta que lo máquina queda reparada. La prioridad es la misma: 1, 2, 3,4 y AADD.
• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo completo de los enviado por sistemas como prioridad 1 (segmentos 1, 2, 3 y AADD), como última prioridad las del segmento 4 para mantener el parque en perfectas condiciones de aspecto interior y exterior, como de funcionamiento-
• Realizar toda modificación, versión o protección para asegurar el funcionamiento del producto y reducir su vulnerabilidad antes manipulaciones maliciosas. Recarga máquinas para evitar la parada de la máquina por vaciados de cargas.
