Audit the processes and procedures implemented in the assigned warehouses, ensure their compliance, and report feedback on them, generating continuous improvement actions in the centers.
Control deviations in the KPIs defined by the Outbound Operations Coordination Directorate, as well as propose new custom KPIs for their assigned warehouses.
Resolve incidents and provide support to the warehouses as an advanced user, acting as the liaison figure with IT.
Train warehouse operators on any process defined by the Outbound Operations Coordination Center of Excellence.
Implement expansions, new center openings, migrations, and system updates following the "turnkey" methodology.
Draft procedures and user manuals regarding the different processes and procedures, so that any user can have access to this information.
