Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with strong organisational and teamwork skills, excellent classroom support abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of effective teaching, learning and assessment, be able to adapt sensitively to change, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection. A Bachelor's degree, fluent English and previous experience working with children are essential. Previous Teaching Assistant experience, a relevant qualification in Education, Childcare or Teaching Assistance, and the ability to speak Spanish would be highly desirable.

What you'll do
About the role
To support teachers and students across EAL, Learning Support and Secondary, providing individual and small-group assistance, helping pupils access learning, delivering pre-planned activities, covering lessons when required, and supporting exam invigilation. The role also involves teamwork, staff development, school events and meetings, while actively promoting student safeguarding, wellbeing and academic progress.
