The role

COLD is not just streetwear. It's attitude. It's culture. It's revolution.

We were born on the streets, we create from raw creativity, and we move with our own style.

Every garment speaks for itself: no fear, no filters, no asking for permission. Our vision is worldwide: we don't fit in, we break the mold.

Main duties:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy of the stores.

  • Manage sales, margins, costs, and the retail channel budget (sales and personnel), and control the retail P&L: monitoring deviations and budget compliance.

  • Analyze indicators such as turnover, conversion, average ticket, UPT, traffic, and productivity, and translate them into commercial action plans.

  • Coordinate and supervise Area Managers, Store Managers, and store teams across the 10 points of sale, both nationally and internationally.

  • Establish objectives, evaluate results, and design improvement plans.

  • Plan staffing, schedules, incentives, training, and staff development.

  • Detect commercial opportunities and follow trends and competitor actions.

  • Present results and forecasts to General Management.

  • Communicate in English with teams and stakeholders of the international stores.

Main duties

We are in the midst of full expansion and are looking for the person who will lead this next stage: a Head of Retail to take the reins of our 10 stores, in Spain and internationally, with new openings already underway in other cities. A role with real impact and plenty of room for growth, for someone with experience managing store teams, who knows how to read the business through the numbers and convert that analysis into commercial decisions that show in the P&L.
