Join our Property Manager Intern team! We are looking for people with a deep interest in the real estate sector. If you have a constant learning mindset and are excited to contribute to residential rental asset management projects, we want to meet you!

We are looking for students or recent graduates in areas such as Business Administration and Management to join our Barcelona office. Your main responsibility will be:

What you'll do

Support the team in the daily management of residential rental assets.
Basic administrative support in billing, collections, and payments tasks.
Collaboration with the accounting area in simple and filing tasks.
Support in the preparation of basic reports and updating of information.
Management and organization of area documentation.
Follow-up and support in incident management and coordination with suppliers.
Support in customer service for tenants and other internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration in operational tasks related to the commercialization and turnover of assets.
Support in the basic control and monitoring of operating budgets.
