The role
idealista/hipotecas is idealista's mortgage broker, where we help you get the best mortgage for free without leaving home. We secure the best mortgage terms from more than 25 banks.
We are expanding our idealista/Hipotecas team with a Mortgage Manager.
What you'll do
Provide support throughout the mortgage process from start to product signing.
Handle calls from individuals and professionals to resolve questions and issues.
Analyze the different financing options available to our users.
Understand their needs and financial profile.
Follow up on transactions.
Offer the best mortgage.
How you'll work
Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
50% remote work
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage management.
Sales-oriented profile.
Experience in real estate/mortgages is a plus.
Resourceful and dynamic.
Proactive and responsible.
Comfortable working with computer tools.
Valued Skills
Proactive and resilient attitude.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work toward goals and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
Experience negotiating with financial institutions.
LCCI certification.
