Business Developer Manager

REQUIREMENTS for a good match 🧩:

• Previous experience of 1+ year as an IT Recruiter, 360 IT Consultant, or experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in IT or tech consultancy (minimum 6 months)
• Technical knowledge of the IT/tech sector (tech profiles/stacks/technologies, programming languages, target companies, opportunities, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, empathy and organisation.
• Results-oriented and people-oriented.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Experience working with the Spanish market.
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
• Very high or native level of Spanish.
• You enjoy business development and the commercial side.
• You live in Barcelona and/or the surrounding area or you are open to relocating (in the case of relocation, you must hold a valid work and residence permit).

We are looking for a Business Developer Manager in Barcelona.

Their mission will be to prospect and open new client accounts, manage part of the ones we already have, and run their business unit with consultants.

We are looking for a profile with experience in IT consultancy who enjoys prospecting and carrying out the entire sales cycle.

You will carry out the following DUTIES: 💪

• Identify new business opportunities in the market.
• Attract and open new accounts (prospecting / hunting).
• Business strategy, management and retention of existing clients (farming).
• Respond to client needs.
• Stay in close contact with Capitole's IT recruitment team to address all those client needs and help them find the best match.
• Financial management of the Business Unit.
