Depending on the needs of the office and the professional profile of the selected person, functions may span different areas of responsibility, including:

• Comprehensive customer service and management in commercial, cash operations, and financial advisory fields.
• Coordination and support in the tasks specific to the Office Management or Assistant Management.
• Driving commercial activity, developing customer relationships, and acquiring new clients.
• Processing and monitoring of banking and administrative operations.

The person occupying the position of Office Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Management in the commercial, operational, and administrative management and coordination of the office.

The main functions associated with the position are:

• Managing asset operations, such as mortgage loans, personal loans, overdrafts, and delinquency.
• Comprehensive customer service and management in the commercial, cash operations, and financial advisory fields.
• Marketing off-balance sheet products, such as investment funds, insurance, and other financial solutions.
• Driving commercial activity, developing customer relationships, and acquiring new clients.
• Ensuring the operational and commercial continuity of the office in the absence of Management when necessary.
