• Coordinate and supervise daily work on site.
• Organize the team of workers and assign tasks.
• Monitor the progress of work fronts, deadlines, and quality of execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Manage the materials, tools, and resources required for the work.
• Report incidents, needs, or deviations to the Site Manager.
• Support the execution of work when necessary.

We want to add a CIVIL WORKS/FERROVIARY FOREMAN to the team in BARCELONA.

• Previous experience as a foreman in civil or railway works.

• Coordinar y supervisar los trabajos diarios en obra.
• Organizar al equipo de operarios y repartir tareas.
• Controlar el avance de los tajos, plazos y calidad de ejecución.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en obra.
• Gestionar materiales, herramientas y medios necesarios para los trabajos.
• Informar al Encargado/a de incidencias, necesidades o desviaciones.
• Apoyar en la ejecución de trabajos cuando sea necesario.

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a CAPATAZ/A de obra civil/ferroviario en BARCELONA.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Experiencia previa como capataz/a en obras civiles o ferroviarias.
