We want to add a BUILDING SITE FOREMAN to the team in Madrid.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Organize and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and the resources necessary for the correct execution of the works.
Supervise the progress of the work fronts and report possible incidents or deviations to the Site Manager.
Control the correct execution of the works according to plans, technical specifications, and quality criteria.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Organizar y coordinar los equipos propios, subcontratas y recursos necesarios para la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.
Supervisar el avance de los tajos y reportar posibles incidencias o desviaciones al/la Jefe/a de Obra.
Controlar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos conforme a planos, especificaciones técnicas y criterios de calidad.
Colaborar en la planificación de actividades, materiales, medios auxiliares y necesidades de obra.
Realizar seguimiento de rendimientos, partes de trabajo y control básico de costes de ejecución.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de prevención, seguridad, calidad y medioambiente en obra.
Coordinar la recepción de materiales y el uso adecuado de maquinaria, herramientas y medios disponibles.
