Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience in construction, civil works, or building.
Previous experience as a Site Foreman or in positions of responsibility and supervision of civil works.
Experience in coordinating internal teams and subcontracted companies.
Knowledge of construction procedures, especially in earthmoving, foundations, structures, and urbanization works.
Ability to interpret plans and technical site documentation.
Experience in organizing work areas, planning works, and controlling performance.
Knowledge of quality control and occupational risk prevention on site.
Leadership, organization, and incident resolution skills.
Proactive person, with autonomy and orientation toward achieving objectives.
Valid driving license (B).

We are looking to hire a Civil Site Foreman for an important construction project of a Data Center located in 📍Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).

What you'll do

Organize, coordinate, and supervise the execution of civil works, leading field teams and ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with the project, the established planning, and the defined construction procedures.

Organize and supervise the daily execution of civil works.
Coordinate internal teams and subcontracted companies, distributing tasks and priorities.
Supervise earthmoving, excavations, foundations, concrete structures, and masonry works, among others.
Control the correct execution of works in accordance with plans, technical specifications, and construction procedures.
Monitor construction progress, controlling performance and compliance with established deadlines.
Manage the human resources, materials, machinery, and auxiliary means necessary for execution.
Coordinate works with other disciplines and specialties involved in the project, especially MEP installations.
Detect and resolve incidents during execution, proposing solutions in coordination with the Site Manager.
Guarantee compliance with quality standards and Health and Safety procedures.
Supervise the receipt and correct use of materials on site.
Report the status of the works and any possible deviations to the Site Manager or project manager.
