What you'll do

  • Coordinate and carry out the monitoring of maintenance activities, ensuring their execution in accordance with the established schedule and project objectives.
  • Supervise the proper execution of work, coordinating the human, technical, material, and machinery resources needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor the timetable of maintenance contracts, identifying potential deviations and collaborating on the definition of corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and supervise work teams, both in-house staff and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with established objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental standards, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Participate in the financial monitoring of contracts, together with the Management Control department, analyzing potential deviations and contributing to the profitability of the project.
  • Monitor suppliers, material deliveries, and stock management, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and avoiding excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing needs and other matters related to team management.
  • Provide support on other projects and activities related to fleet management and maintenance, ensuring their execution in terms of quality and deadlines.
