What are we looking for?

We want to bring a Project Manager Engineer into the team:

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Ensure the execution of workshop processes in the most efficient way possible.

- Manage and supervise operations staff to align workshop personnel at all levels: communicate expectations, motivate them to meet organizational goals, and foster maximum performance of the workforce to meet production and delivery goals in a timely manner.

- Ensure the workshop is kept in a clean and orderly state, and preserve company property.

- Ensure full compliance with the legislation and regulations applicable to the workshop. 

You are the right person if you bring…

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a a un/a Ingeniero/a gestor de proyectos:

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Garantizar la ejecución de los procesos de taller de la manera más eficiente posible.

- Dirigir y supervisar al personal de operaciones para alinear en todos los niveles al personal del taller: comunicar expectativas, motivar a que se cumplan los objetivos organizacionales y fomentar el máximo rendimiento de la plantilla para cumplir con los objetivos de producción y entrega de manera puntual.

- Asegurar orden y limpieza del taller y cuidado de propiedad de la empresa.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación y normativa aplicable al taller. 

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Formación en Ingeniería.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posición similar
