Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Works Site Manager for our delegation in Segovia. The ideal candidate will supervise the execution of civil works projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

* Plan, organize, and control the execution of assigned civil works projects.
* Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Guarantee compliance with the work schedule, budget, and established quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations in all phases of the project.
* Manage the technical and administrative documentation of the site (certifications, plans, modifications, etc.).
* Maintain fluid communication with site management, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Resolve incidents and make decisions for the proper development of the works.
* Perform economic monitoring of the project and the preparation of periodic reports.

Qualifications

* Civil Engineer, Hydraulic Engineer, or Technical Architect.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil works project management (roads, hydraulic infrastructure, urbanizations, etc.).
* Advanced knowledge of the technical and legal regulations applicable to civil works.
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
* Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Results orientation and teamwork.
* Availability to work in Segovia and surrounding areas.
* Experience in Ferrovial or companies in the sector is valued.
