What are we looking for?

We want to add a SITE MANAGER to the team for Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Direct and coordinate the execution of the project under your responsibility, in accordance with the company's guidelines and standards, to achieve execution within the appropriate timeframe and quality and to optimize profitability.

-Lead the comprehensive execution of the project, ensuring objectives for timeframe, quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

-Plan and control the project technically and economically: budget, costs, production, certifications, closures, treasury, and deviations.

-Coordinate the contractual, administrative, and documentary management of the project, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements of the client and the Project Management.

-Analyze the project, propose improvements or construction variants, and manage contradictory prices or unforeseen units.

-Supervise purchases, suppliers, and subcontractors, negotiating conditions and ensuring standards of cost, timeframe, quality, and safety.

-Lead the communication with the client, Project Management, internal team, suppliers, and subcontractors.

-Coordinate and develop the site team, promoting a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
