To direct and coordinate the execution of the works under their responsibility, in accordance with the company's guidelines and standards, in order to achieve completion within the appropriate timeframe and quality, while optimizing profitability
-Lead the overall execution of the works, ensuring objectives are met in terms of schedule, quality, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.
-Plan and technically and financially manage the works: budget, costs, production, certifications, closings, treasury, and variances.
-Coordinate the contractual, administrative, and documentary management of the works, ensuring compliance with client requirements and the Construction Management team.
-Analyze the project, propose improvements or construction alternatives, and manage change orders or previously unplanned items.
-Oversee purchasing, suppliers, and subcontractors, negotiating terms and ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and safety standards are met.
-Lead communication with the client, Construction Management, the internal team, suppliers, and subcontractors.
-Coordinate and develop the site team, promoting a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
