Experience is required in comprehensive building maintenance, electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and minor masonry or painting work.
-Previous experience in carrying out comprehensive maintenance in public-access buildings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, etc.).
Experience in preventive and corrective multi-skilled work in building maintenance
Intermediate Vocational Training - Electricity and Electronics and/or Higher Degree Training Cycle or Advanced Vocational Training (FPII) in the electrical field
