As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Specsavers' customers in the Nordic region. You will handle incoming calls and provide service at the highest level. You will work in an international environment where your personal development is in focus. With us, you will receive thorough training and constant support from your team and your leader. As part of the Specsavers team, you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to existing eCommerce customers as well as online chat.
- Help them with questions about orders, products, deliveries, offers, and much more, with a focus on great service and a good approach
- Handle calls that are not answered by the stores and leave customer inquiries via the Customer Relationship Management system
- Once you have gained experience, have the opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email
- Have a focus on delivering great customer experiences in every customer contact - including a focus on continuous improvement of our customer satisfaction
- Work together with your group to achieve Specsavers' set goals
