The role

We are looking for a Site Manager specializing in installations to lead and manage projects in the real estate sector in Madrid. This position requires experience in the supervision and coordination of works, ensuring the correct execution of projects.

What you'll do

Plan and supervise the execution of installation works.
Coordinate the different work teams involved in the projects.
Ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations on-site.
Prepare monitoring reports and report progress to management.
Resolve incidents that may arise during the development of the projects.
Ensure the correct delivery of projects according to established standards.
