What we're looking for

Trade experience: Real and demonstrable background on-site in assembly, tying, reinforcement overlaps, and coordination of heavy concrete structures.
Technical interpretation: Absolute mastery of reading structural plans, steel cutting lists, and fluid interpretation of workshop schedules.
On-site command: Leadership capacity to drive pace, direct reinforcement crews, and control the execution of subcontractors.
Safety: Occupational Risk Prevention course in Construction (PRL 60h / valid TPM).

SITE FOREMAN SPECIALIZING IN REINFORCEMENT STEEL AND HEAVY STRUCTURES

Area: Costa del Sol

Are you looking for stability, respect for your trade, and a compensation package that matches your experience? We are looking for a Site Foreman with a pure field profile, specializing in the reinforcement steel, steel assembly, metal mounting, and concreting stages for civil engineering and infrastructure projects. No light building or renovations: we are looking for a professional who has grown up among rebar, mesh, formwork, and massive pours, capable of directing assembly on-site with total autonomy.

What you'll do

Direct supervision on-site: Control the correct assembly of reinforcement, ties, overlaps, and coverings before the pouring phase.
Management of schedules and material: Control of steel cutting lists, reception on-site, optimization of waste/offcuts, and technical communication with the reinforcement workshop.
Coordination of pours: Plan and supervise concreting, formwork, and placement of metal elements operations.
Personnel and quality management: Assign workloads to crews, demand daily performance, and guarantee compliance with OHS regulations.
