The role

We are looking for a Residential Construction Site Manager to lead construction projects in both the Malaga area and the Costa del Sol (Marbella and surroundings) for a major top-tier construction company with projects already signed and awarded through 2030.

What you'll do

The selected Residential Construction Site Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

Supervising and coordinating the development of residential construction projects in Malaga.
Managing the human and material resources required for the execution of the works.
Ensuring compliance with established deadlines and quality standards.
Controlling budgets and ensuring cost optimization.
Coordinating with the different technical teams and suppliers involved in the project.
Preparing periodic reports on the progress of the works.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Resolving technical issues that may arise during the execution of the works.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The candidate selected to be the Residential Construction Site Manager must meet the following requirements:

Education in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
Previous experience in the management of residential construction works.
Advanced knowledge of cost and budget control.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in technical tools and software related to construction.
Knowledge of legal and safety regulations in construction.
Availability to work in Malaga - Costa del Sol (Marbella and surroundings).
