What we're looking for

Minimum Experience: Provide at least 2 or 3 years of consolidated experience in Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager positions (experience from sectors such as fashion, footwear, and/or establishments located in shopping centers will be especially valued).
Management Competencies: Demonstrated capacity for incident resolution, results orientation, and motivating leadership of teams.
Technical Profile: Fluent command of store management IT tools, payment terminals, and stock control.
Exclusionary Geographical and Mobility Requirement: To guarantee fluid, real mobility fully adapted to rotating shifts, it is an indispensable requirement to reside within a maximum of 30 to 45 minutes from the workplace.
Authorized geographical axis (from South to North): Strictly comprised from Benidorm to Tavernes de la Valldigna.
Geographical exclusions: Applications from residents outside of this axis, in inland areas with less road connectivity (such as Alcoy), as well as in Alicante capital or other areas that exceed the established maximum travel time, are completely ruled out.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and split shift), adapted to the opening hours of the shopping center.
Economic Remuneration: Gross annual salary between €21,000 and €23,000 (to be agreed upon according to the candidate's value and contribution).

JOB OFFER: STORE MANAGER

Location: Ondara, Alicante)

At ConfiARTE Selección, we are currently in the middle of a search and selection process to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly qualified Store Manager. The position is oriented towards leading a flagship commercial establishment located in the Portal de la Marina Shopping Center (Ondara).

We are looking for a professional passionate about the retail sector, with a clear orientation toward operational excellence, leadership skills, and solid experience in the comprehensive management of physical stores.

What you'll do

Leadership and Team Management: Coordination, motivation, training, and supervision of store staff to guarantee excellent service.
Daily Point of Sale Operations: Control of openings and closings, comprehensive cash management, balancing, POS, and daily transactions.
Stock and Inventory Control: Receipt of goods, warehouse organization, replenishment, and strict control of shrinkage and periodic inventories.
Commercial Optimization and KPIs: Analysis and monitoring of sales indicators (conversion, average ticket, units per ticket) to achieve objectives.
Visual Merchandising: Implementation and maintenance of window dressing standards, order, and the visual image of the store as defined by the company.
Active Selling: Personalized customer service and driving sales on the floor.
