The role

At ConfiARTE, we are selecting an Optician-Optometrist to join a major company specializing in visual health, with a solid national presence and a stable project oriented towards offering professional, close, and personalized care in the Santuxtu (Bilbao) area.

Enjoy practicing optometry, advising customers, and being part of a team where care quality, technology, and customer experience are fundamental to guaranteeing comprehensive visual care.

What you'll do

Performing visual examinations and optometric evaluations.
Grading and assessing the visual needs of the customer.
Personalized advice on lenses, frames, and optical solutions.
Fitting and follow-up of contact lenses.
Customer follow-up and resolution of inquiries related to their visual health.
Professional care throughout the entire purchasing and adaptation process.
Collaboration with the rest of the team to offer an excellent customer experience.
Active participation in the daily operation of the establishment.

How you'll work

The working schedule is a split shift from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, and you will enjoy 22 Saturdays off per year.
