What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with the appropriate training and a strong customer focus, who is resourceful and demonstrates kindness, empathy, and a positive attitude.

We will also favorably consider previous experience in the retail sector or in large-format distribution. Good presentation and clear diction are essential, along with skills such as customer service, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation ability, and organizational skills.

Availability to work from Monday to Saturday is essential, as well as on the opening Sundays and holidays established by the autonomous community, always respecting the weekly rest day set out in the department store collective bargaining agreement.

Reporting to the department director, we are looking for a colleague for the position of SALES ASSISTANT 20H for our ALICANTE STORE

Among your main duties, the following stand out:

What you'll do

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Advising, assisting, and selling to customers.

- Restocking the department.

- Resolving incidents.

- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.

- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.

- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.

- Achieving the budgeted sales targets.

- Providing general support to the store.
