Engineer, Graduate or Degree + Master in Law, HR, Business, Project Management or Civil Engineering - Water Technical Support

• You possess an Engineering, Bachelor's, or Graduate + Master's degree (related to the functions) in the field of study of: Law, Human Resources or Business Administration and Management or Project Management or Civil Engineering (Canals and Ports) (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• At least 3 years of experience in tasks related to the field of the degree (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• At least 1 year performing functions related to the scope of the vacancy (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• Type B driver's license (Valid in Spain and in force)

• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in work team management (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in management of projects funded by European Funds (FEDER, Next Generation-PRTR, FEADER, etc.) (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in tasks related to water use files of the Intracommunity Hydrographic Districts of Andalusia (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).

• Accredited training in Pentaho Data Integration ETL (This training must be documented upon submission of the application).
• Accredited training and/or experience in the Organization and legal regime of the Intracommunity Hydrographic Districts of Andalusia (This training must be documented upon submission of the application).
• Accredited training and/or experience in Geoprocessing of processes in Python (This training must be documented upon submission of the application).
• Accredited training and/or experience in the generation of Web Mapping applications with GDAL, Geoserver, and Leaflet based on Inspire (This training must be documented upon submission of the application).
