Preventive Maintenance Specialist Technician Dekton in Cantoria

As a specialist technician, you will be the person responsible for maintaining the optimal condition of all factory equipment, as well as participating in their continuous improvement from a Maintenance perspective.

You will also be in charge of the correct execution of preventive maintenance by contractors, facilitating their work through technical support, management, or material procurement.

Location: HQ Cantoria, Dekton

• Coordinate the execution of planned works, as well as any corrective works that may arise during the intervention.
• Carry out the procurement of the materials necessary for the performance of the planned works.
• Supervise the execution of detected incidents, ensuring their correct rectification.
• Perform the startup checklist in all plants following the completion of planned preventive maintenance works or technical shutdowns.
• Ensure the correct execution of the full range of preventive maintenance in each of the areas of the Dekton factory
• Coordinate the planned works to be carried out during technical shutdowns, ensuring correct completion in a timely and proper manner
• Review the incidents occurring after preventive maintenance the following day with the contractors responsible for the works, as well as with the Preventive Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Engineer.
• Collect information related to the replacement of critical components to inform the Maintenance Engineer and enable follow-up.
• Coordinate plant startups with production personnel once works are completed
