Higher Level Vocational Training in Electricity or Electronics.
Ability to program SIEMENS, OMROM, TELEMECANIQUE, and MITSUBISHI PLCs.
Ability to understand, handle, and reflect modifications (if required) of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.

The role

We are looking for a Specialist Maintenance Technician to join our team, providing support to the Marbles factory located in Cantoria (Almería). You will be the person in charge of plant improvements, coordinating with the rest of your colleagues the resolution of daily plant incidents.

What you'll do

Keep electrical diagrams updated in all machine control panels and modify them if required.
Preparation of the necessary devices for the required process.
Reading PLC programs for fault detection.
Modification of parameters in variable frequency drives.
Adjustment and programming of numerical controls.
Carry out periodic electrical inspections on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Locate faults and operational anomalies, diagnose their causes, propose corrective actions, repair, verify, and fine-tune said equipment.
Develop maintenance interventions following technical documentation and the conditions of the equipment or systems.
Propose modifications to installations, in accordance with technical documentation, to guarantee operational viability.
Notification of work and faults in XMI in a correct, clear, and concise manner. You will detail work performed, time spent, materials, etc.
Support and supervision of external contractor personnel (Preventive, assembly, special works, etc.).
Comply with the 5S: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

How you'll work

Availability to work rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night.
