Internship – Mystery Shopper (m/f)

During this internship you will experience two phases:

1. Immersion in the Courir world

• You will discover our retail culture
• You will be trained in our key sales stages
• You will understand what makes an in-store experience truly great

2. Mystery Shopper

• You will visit different stores in Barcelona and/or Madrid
• You will objectively evaluate the customer experience:
  • welcome
  • advice
  • overall experience
• You will analyze what works… and what can be improved
• You will produce structured feedback and concrete recommendations

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Student of an Advanced Vocational Training (FP) degree or early years of a university degree
  (Marketing, Commerce, Sales, etc.)
• You are interested in the retail world and the customer experience
• You enjoy observing, analyzing, and understanding what happens "in the field"
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and have critical thinking skills
• Comfortable moving around and working independently

• Evaluarás la experiencia cliente de forma objetiva:
  • acogida
  • asesoramiento
  • experiencia global
• Analizarás lo que funciona… y lo que se puede mejorar
• Elaborarás feedback estructurado y recomendaciones concretas

• Experiencia real en retail (no te quedarás en tareas básicas)
• Visión concreta de cómo funcionan las tiendas por dentro
• Desarrollo de habilidades de análisis y reporting
• Impacto directo en la mejora de la experiencia cliente

Ubicación: Barcelona y Madrid (con desplazamientos entre tiendas)

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

• Estudiante de Grado Superior (FP) o primeros años de carrera
  (Marketing, Comercio, Ventas, etc.)
• Te interesa el mundo retail y la experiencia cliente
• Te gusta observar, analizar y entender lo que pasa “en terreno”
• Eres detallista, organizado/a y con pensamiento crítico
• Cómodo/a moviéndote y trabajando de forma autónoma
