1. Recruitment and selection
- Managing the entire selection process (posting job offers, screening CVs, initial phone interviews…).
- Active candidate sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Following up with candidates and ensuring a great candidate experience
2. Disciplinary management
- Support in assessing sensitive situations
- Involvement in preparing disciplinary procedures
- Drafting communications and tracking case files
3. Personnel administration
- Drafting employment documentation (letters, contract amendments, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with HR processes
- Support in digitizing documents
4. HR Projects
- Implementing tools and processes for Store Managers
- Involvement in continuous improvement projects
- Support in developing HR tools (e.g., People Doc)
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Master's student in HR, Labor Law, or a related field
- Interest in the retail environment and field-based work
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organized, proactive, and discreet
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
