The role

We are currently selecting a Bridal Seamstress Trainee for our Barcelona store who will be responsible for offering a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards, ensuring the achievement of their sales objectives.

What you'll do

Support the Alterations Manager in managing the daily and weekly schedule, collaborating in the preparation of dresses for each appointment.
Assist in fitting sessions, observing and learning Pronovias protocols, as well as advising clients on dress modifications and accessory options.
Collaborate in performing basic dress alterations and adjustments, always under supervision and following Pronovias quality standards.
Provide support in recording and updating the system with completed alterations and dress status.
Contribute to maintaining the store's image and presentation, ensuring compliance with Pronovias visual standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
Support the organization of the workshop, materials, and garments to ensure the proper functioning of the Alterations area.
Participate in learning the department's internal processes, gaining knowledge in pattern making, sewing, and customer service in the bridal sector.
