Requirements
What we're looking for
If you are motivated to make a change in your professional performance and want to apply for it, we offer you the opportunity to present yourself for this internal process. It is important that before applying, you ensure you meet the requirements:
- Permanent staff or fixed-discontinuous staff who have completed their probationary period
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position within volunteer and/or staff teams. (credentials will be requested from your manager)
- Degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or similar
- Qualification as a sports technician or official qualification as an aquatic lifeguard.
- Professional experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as an employee lifeguard
- Type B driver's license.
- Availability for travel and schedule flexibility depending on courses
Nice to have
It would also be interesting:
- Previous experience in delivering training both in-person, blended, or distance learning.
- Proficiency in online training platforms (for example, Moodle, Google Classroom, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Previous experience as a trainer
- Proficiency in Cruz Roja IMP tools and Office 365 (Excel, Word, BI…)
- Knowledge of languages

The role
What you'll do
- Planning and delivery of the course's theoretical-practical content.
- Preparation and adaptation of programming and training materials.
- Continuous evaluation of student learning.
- Group dynamics and fostering participation.
- Individualized follow-up and support during the training process.
- Coordination with the project's technical team.
- Participation in guidance actions.
- Document management linked to the training action (attendance, reports, evaluation)
