Requirements
What we're looking for
• University Degree in Social Work
• Must be a registered member of the professional college
• Three years of experience in the field of foster care and/or adoption.
• Negative certificate for sexual offenses.
• Valid driver's license (B) and own vehicle.
• Technical and soft skills.
• Orientation toward vulnerability.
Nice to have
We will value…
• At least 200 hours of training in the perspective of foster care, adoption, care and intervention with maltreated children, attachment disorders, behavioral disorders, group dynamics, or gender violence.
• Experience in volunteer management and associative networks.
• Being permanent staff or an active volunteer of Cruz Roja, or belonging to one of the vulnerable population groups included in the Cruz Roja Employment Plan.
• Being a member of Cruz Roja.

The role
What you'll do
• You will inform people interested in Foster Care and/or adoption
• You will collaborate in training actions aimed at families applying for Foster Care and/or adoption
• You will participate in conducting follow-ups with minors and families using the program
• You will prepare and sign reports regarding the people being assisted.
• You will support dissemination and awareness activities for the project
• You will coordinate with other disciplines within the technical team
