Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate Vocational Training, High School diploma, or equivalent training.

• Commercial experience, preferably in membership recruitment for NGOs.

• Experience in team management.

• Competencies: Impact and influence, emotional management-self-control, achievement orientation, Initiative-self-management and leadership.

Nice to have

• Being staff or an active volunteer of Cruz Roja or belonging to one of the vulnerable population groups included in the Cruz Roja Employment Plan.

Driver's license

What you'll get

• Direct permanent contract with Cruz Roja.

The role

What you'll do

You will lead the team of fundraisers in the area.

• You will organize the geographical work areas, creating a monthly plan.

• You will coordinate and support the team of recruiters to achieve the set objectives.

• You will perform daily monitoring of the team's recruitment results.

• You will participate in the selection and training of new team recruiters.

• You will recruit members together with your team.
