Requirements

What we're looking for

• Intermediate vocational training related to electricity or electronics.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in functions similar to the position.

• Ability to use the tools, programs, applications, and IT and technological resources required for the correct development of the project.

• Medium-high level of Office.

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Nice to have

We will value…

• General knowledge in the installation and inspection of terminals.

• Galician language.

• Experience with the elderly and/or people with functional diversity.

• Possession of an installer technician license.

• Knowledge of electronics, programming, and IT

• Experience in electrical and telephone installations in homes

• Being staff or an active volunteer of Cruz Roja or belonging to one of the vulnerable population groups included in the Cruz Roja Employment Plan.

• Personal competencies: people orientation; emotional management-self-control; teamwork.

• Fixed-term contract for substitution

• Salary: 21,847.84 euros (according to collective agreement)

The role

What you'll do

• You will install, configure, and program telecare terminals in the homes of users, ensuring a correct explanation of their operation, verification of the installation, and validation of the data associated with the service. Likewise, you will perform the removal of equipment when the user cancels the service.

• You will resolve faults and incidents with the devices, as well as the recovery and reprogramming of these for reuse.

• You will perform tests on equipment regarding new technologies.

• You will carry out stock control and warehouse maintenance.
