Industrialization Engineer (Interior Parts)

We are seeking an Industrialization Leader (Interior Parts Vehicle) to perform the following functions:

• Design and optimize processes, sequences, and assembly operations.
• Define the manufacturing strategy from the design phase through to production.
• Ensure the achievement of milestones.
• Coordinate activities with the engineering team.
• Carry out manufacturing and assembly tests.
• Manage incidents.

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the position and/or in the described functions.
• Experience in automotive: Rolling platform/base.
• Negotiation skills, effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership.
• Advanced level of English - minimum B2.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.

Seleccionamos un/a Líder de industrialización (Piezas interior Vehículo) para realizar las siguientes funciones:

• Diseñar y optimizar procesos, secuencias de montaje y operaciones.
• Definir la estrategia de fabricación desde la fase de diseño hasta la producción.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los hitos.
• Coordinar las actividades con el equipo de ingeniería.
• Realizar pruebas de fabricación y montaje.
• Gestionar incidencias.

• Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería.
• Experiencia de al menos de 1 año, en el puesto y/o en las funciones descritas.
• Experiencia en automoción: Plataforma/base rodante.
• Capacidad de negociación, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas y liderazgo.
• Nivel alto de inglés - mínimo B2
• Valorable conocimiento de francés
