We are currently looking for a MECHANICAL PLANNER to join a project with a world-leading company in chemical products.

• Interpretation of P&IDs, isometrics, piping layouts, underground lines, supports, insulation, etc. 
• Material quality certificates, primarily for piping, valves, and fittings. 
• Review of welder approvals and control of welding procedures, review of radiographs, heat treatment charts, supervision of testing, and NDT analysis. 
• Prefabrication of metallurgical systems, piping, painting, inspections, etc.
• Supervision and monitoring of work on equipment and piping, as well as preparation of dossiers for their legalization.
• Review of reports, schedules, and quality dossiers.
• Monitoring of the execution program: Weekly monitoring during the assembly and commissioning phase of the project and daily monitoring during the commissioning process. This monitoring will be carried out by indicating task progress in Project and with a written report highlighting the commissioning progress of each circuit.
• Review of compliance with quality plans for the development of the various investments: At the start of assembly, check and activate the issuance of a quality plan for each circuit of the project; at the end of assembly, check and activate the delivery of the pre-commissioning reports planned for each circuit. Commissioning will be carried out as assigned by circuits, assigning and managing through omega 365 any applicable deficiencies, as well as their management and resolution.
