The role
At FuenteLiviana, we are looking to hire a Quality Analyst to perform the necessary physico-chemical and microbiological analyses of everything related to the product to ensure the Quality of the finished product.
What you'll do
What would your main duties be?
- Execute the analyses planned in the Quality Control and Environmental plans following the procedures published by Damm.
- Perform any analyses outside of the control plan that are necessary to guarantee the quality of the finished product.
- Record analytical results in the laboratory data management tool.
- Maintain laboratory measurement and testing equipment following the procedures published by Damm and prepare result reports in the corresponding database.
- Perform sampling for analysis in the LCD and external laboratories,
- Participate in organoleptic analyses for the approval of materials in contact with the product.
- Perform the analyses corresponding to inter-laboratory exercises.
- Manage the stock of consumables.
- Manage the Sample Library.
- Report non-compliances/incidents to their supervisor.
