Maintenance Manager (Bisaurri)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles involving comprehensive maintenance management, developed in the packaging industry.

• Completed higher education degree in industrial specialties (Robotics, Mechatronics, etc.).

At Aguas de Veri we want to hire a MAINTENANCE MANAGER who will be responsible for planning and directing preventive, predictive, modification and corrective maintenance activities for the plant facilities, bottling and plastics facilities, ensuring facility availability to execute the production plan, while meeting the established budgets, deadlines and quality standards.

• Analyze and establish, together with the Engineering Department, the annual preventive maintenance plans for the facilities under their responsibility: buildings and gardens, bottling lines, plastics lines, warehouses, offices, laboratory, spring, silos, and loading docks.
• Plan annual visits to manufacturers and the ordering of spare parts.
• Plan and manage interventions on machinery for inspections, adjustments, and lubrication, based on the production program.
• Manage, together with Engineering, the implementation of new facilities.
• Manage corrective maintenance activities for plant and production facilities.
• Establish and direct the work of the maintenance workshop and ensure the availability of spare parts.
• Define service specifications and supervise the work of subcontracting companies.
• Manage the evolution of the CMMS maintenance program.
• Monitor and supervise the quality and quantity of the work of subcontracting companies and, where applicable, establish corrective measures.
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative monitoring of maintenance activities, analyzing failure points, intervention times, and types of incidents.
• Define and implement corrective measures.
• Supervise the adaptation of maintenance work to ISO standards.
• Execute and, if necessary, coordinate the implementation of projects within their scope of work.
• Identify and propose areas for improvement that affect their scope of work or that of third parties.
• Correct identified errors in the processes within their scope of work and communicate them to the affected units.
• Transfer knowledge and guide more junior professionals.
• Manage the integration and commitment of the people under their responsibility, conveying to them the impact of each person's work on the unit's objectives.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance requirements by all personnel under their responsibility.
• Collaborate in the analysis and management of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points of the plant and participate in the HACCP team.
• Promote the expansion of the Food Safety culture within the company.
