What you'll do
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Support in the management of payment voucher requests.
- Collaboration with the Treasury team in the monitoring of invoices and payments.
- Support in the collection and review of information necessary to facilitate payment traceability.
- Support in the management of shared supplier mailboxes.
- Support in responding to supplier inquiries related to their payment status.
- Consultation and monitoring of payment and invoice information through SAP and Basware.
- Support in the identification and escalation of possible recurring incidents.
- Support in the review and verification of data.
- Collaboration in the updating and management of documentation.
- Participation in initiatives for the improvement and optimization of internal processes.
