What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of professional experience in continuous improvement, process transformation, digitalization, or a related area.
Previous experience working within a multinational company is highly valued, particularly in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or similar regional/global operating model.
Experience in process improvement and digitalization, with the ability to analyze existing ways of working and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SAP, Excel, AI, Power Automate, and UiPath.
Fluent English, minimum C1 level, as the role involves regular interaction with European and global stakeholders.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and seniority levels.
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and digital adoption.

The role

We are looking for a Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager to drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives across our European Shared Services organization.

This role will play a key part in identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitalize processes across different European Service Lines, while ensuring alignment with business needs and global transformation strategies.

What you'll do

Identify, recommend, and implement digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, process effectiveness, service quality, and overall business performance.
Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital and automation solutions, leveraging tools and technologies such as AI, UiPath, Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, reporting tools, analytics solutions, and other business intelligence applications.
Collaborate closely with Global Digital Innovation teams to deploy and scale existing global solutions across European Service Lines, ensuring alignment with local operational requirements.
Assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and optimization, applying digital technologies, continuous improvement methodologies, and best practices.
Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to build digital capabilities, promote user adoption, and ensure the effective use of new tools and ways of working.
Support the end-to-end management of transformation and process improvement projects, including project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, KPI monitoring, benefits realization, and implementation follow-up.
Provide recommendations and hands-on support for the deployment, adoption, and long-term sustainability of new solutions, ensuring that they deliver measurable value and remain aligned with business objectives.
