Deputy Store Manager

- Inventory control: You will monitor stock and ensure the correct organization of merchandise.

- Cost and budget management: You will provide support regarding staffing needs and ensure the control of associated costs, maximizing profitability.

- Staff selection and management: You will collaborate in the hiring and training of the sales team, always seeking the development of internal talent.

- Leadership of administrative tasks: You will provide support in administrative tasks related to personnel management, stock control, and team organization.
