Health & Safety Assistant

• Vocational Training, High School Diploma, or similar.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative positions.

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.

• Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and orientation toward the internal customer.

• Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• We value previous experience in Human Resources departments, Occupational Risk Prevention, or document management functions.

We are currently looking to hire a Health & Safety Assistant to provide administrative support to our People & Culture department, located in our headquarters in Barcelona, contributing to the well-being of our employees and the correct monitoring of preventive processes in Spain and Portugal.

You will be part of the Health & Safety area, providing administrative support to Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) processes for Spain and Portugal, contributing to the monitoring of internal procedures and the well-being of our employees.

• Administrative management of new hires: medical check-ups, preventive training, delivery of PPE, and mandatory documentation.

• Monitoring compliance with internal Occupational Risk Prevention processes.

• Management of labor changes, staff leave, and updating information in internal systems.

• Administrative monitoring of especially sensitive personnel and pregnancy situations.

• Handling and resolution of queries related to ORP.

• Administrative support to stores and offices regarding Health & Safety procedures.

• Management and updating of preventive documentation and coordination with external providers.

• Administrative management of workplace accidents and associated processing.

• Monitoring of periodic inspections of facilities and equipment.

• Support in the preparation and collection of documentation required by official bodies when necessary.
