What will you do as Store Manager at Deichmann?

As Store Manager, you will be the person responsible for leading the store and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, driving team development and ensuring the best experience for our customers.

• Achieve the store's commercial objectives, ensuring compliance with sales, inventory, and complementary product targets.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Guarantee excellence in customer service and the correct implementation of company standards.

• Supervise stock management and control, ensuring optimal organization of merchandise.

• Manage store resources efficiently, ensuring cost control and business profitability.

• Participate in the selection, onboarding, and development of new hires.

• Supervise the correct execution of the store's administrative processes and tasks.
