As a Business Analyst in the Marketplace Experience team, you will sit close to the core of how the marketplace performs, turning operational friction into measurable business impact. Over your first 12–18 months you will own the analysis, trackers and dashboards that measure Marketplace Experience performance for a region, helping Regional Performance Leads and local teams reduce experience-driven value loss and cost-to-serve while protecting retention. You won't just report performance; you will help shape it.

Surface where value is lost (volumes, retention, cost-to-serve) and flag anomalies to the Regional Performance Lead.
Drive progress on the region's defined focus areas under the guidance of the Regional Performance Lead.
Turn data into structured insights that support prioritization and trade-off decisions (cost vs. retention).
Partner cross-functionally with Regional Performance Leads, Regional/Local Heads of Ops, HQ teams (Refunds & Compensations, Customer/Rider/Vendor support verticals) and other Business Analysts.
Meet local/regional managers' day-to-day data needs efficiently, keeping a clear status of backlog and delivery expectations.
