• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a double degree in Law or Engineering.
• Between 2-3 years of experience within the professional services sector in transactions or corporate finance, as well as in finance, strategy, or corporate development departments of other companies.

• High level of English.

What is it like to work at Deloitte?

• You will analyze the financial information of target companies, identifying the factors that explain the evolution of their results and evaluating the sustainability of their financial performance.
• You will delve into the business model and the main operational and financial drivers of the analyzed companies, identifying risks, opportunities, and relevant aspects for a potential transaction.
• You will prepare adjusted EBITDA, normalized working capital, and net debt analyses, identifying adjustments and non-recurring items that may affect the company's valuation.
• You will participate in the execution of financial due diligence processes for buyers and sellers, providing analyses that facilitate decision-making during the transaction process.
• You will prepare reports and presentations for clients and investors, synthesizing the main financial findings, identified risks, and key aspects to consider in the transaction.
• You will coordinate sessions with management teams, advisors, and other areas of specialization (tax, legal, commercial, technological, etc.) to understand the business and cross-check the findings identified during the due diligence.
• You will identify risks related to cash generation, working capital, net debt, and other aspects that may affect the valuation or the structure of a transaction.

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented person to join our M&A Transaction Services team in Madrid as an Associate. As part of this team, you will lead decision-making within the framework of a transaction, identifying the opportunities, risks, and strengths of the businesses analyzed. We work in a dynamic environment to adapt to our clients' needs.
