Currently, we want to strengthen the Growth team with the addition of a Chief of Staff for the Consumer Industry.

As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for driving and energizing the strategic initiatives for the Consumer industry. You will be a key piece for the management layer, acting as a fundamental link between the different businesses, client leads, corporate areas, and the Firm as a whole.

You will carry out the coordination of the monthly Sector and Industry committee agendas, follow up on the actions agreed upon in each committee during their execution, and provide highly relevant information regarding the performance of the Sector and Industry (financial, qualitative, operational, relevant offering, etc.), including relationship actions and Marketing and communication of eminence pieces to Target Groups.

You will also provide the necessary Insights to your Sector and Industry lead regarding those initiatives that may require investment by the firm, in order to achieve commercial results in the short and medium term, as well as to the Talent team (at a Local level but also at an EMEA level) in the definition of training content specific to your Sector and Industry, so that such training for the Firm's management layers responds to the needs of the market and our clients. You will coordinate strategies at an EMEA level with your peers in different Geographies, acting as a communication link between European initiatives and their translation into the operations of the Spanish Firm, supporting the responsible partners in their proper communication and execution.

From a corporate point of view, you will be in charge of the correct implementation and execution of the commercial systematic at a Firm level for your Sector and Industry, performing periodic follow-up of fundamental management KPIs (Pipeline, Coverage, Anticipation, Qualification, Strategic and Differential Pipeline, Higher Value Niches, etc.). Additionally, you will provide support in the adaptation of commercial and Performance Information in corporate systems (Jupiter-Salesforce, DRS, PowerBI).
