Professional with proven experience in consulting oriented towards process analysis and transformation.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting, operational transformation, continuous improvement, or process reengineering.
• Experience in business process analysis and redesign, with the ability to identify efficiency and transformation opportunities.
• Ability to analyze operational information, interpret performance indicators, and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and its applications in business processes.
• Familiarity with the concepts and possibilities of Agentic AI, intelligent assistants, and the automation of tasks and decisions.
• Ability to identify and define AI use cases from a functional and business perspective.
• Experience in defining functional requirements and collaborating with multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
• Analytical thinking, results orientation, technological curiosity, and the ability to operate in transformation environments.
• Experience using BPMN-type process modeling tools (ARIS, Bizagi, Signavio, etc.) will be valued.
• Judgment and vision to understand insurance processes from an integral and business perspective.
• Empathetic, proactive, and resourceful person, with the ability to adapt to changing and demanding environments.
• Experience in insurance companies in transformation projects, processes, or enterprise architecture.
• Minimum English level B2.

• Experience in insurance or financial sector projects.
• Participation in generative artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, or process transformation through AI initiatives.
• Knowledge of process analysis tools, Process Mining, or Task Mining.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and ecosystems such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or other enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of use case prioritization methodologies, feasibility assessment, and benefit measurement.
• Experience in defining operating models and change management associated with new technologies.
• Knowledge of governance, risks, and human supervision of artificial intelligence solutions.
• Certifications in tools and frameworks such as: ARIS BPM, Alfabet (Software AG), TOGAF, Professional BPM Certification
