What you'll do

  • At Dentsu Story Lab Madrid, we are looking for an Innovation Project Manager, who will be responsible for autonomously leading innovation and branded content projects for clients across different sectors.
  • Comprehensively manage the full project cycle, from conceptualization to execution and measurement of results.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Develop and present strategic and innovative proposals to clients, defending recommendations and business opportunities.
  • Design and implement special actions adapted to different media and communication channels.
  • Identify innovation opportunities within the media ecosystem, connecting brand needs with new formats and trends.
  • Manage projects linked to out-of-home media (OOH/DOOH), content, and brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creativity, media teams, and external partners to develop differential solutions.
  • Analyze consumption, entertainment, culture, music trends, and new ways of connecting brands and audiences.
  • Build brand territories and develop initiatives that connect consumer passions and interests with clients' communication objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar profile managing marketing, communication, branded content, media, or innovation projects.
  • Knowledge of the media ecosystem and understanding of how to adapt innovative solutions to different communication channels.
  • Experience in managing and presenting projects to clients, with the ability to argue for and defend strategic proposals.
  • Knowledge of special actions on television and the main advertising formats associated with the medium.
  • Experience or solid knowledge of out-of-home media (OOH and DOOH), considered an essential requirement.
  • Familiarity with branded content projects, entertainment, and content generation for brands.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
  • Strategic profile with a transversal vision of the communication funnel and the consumer journey.
  • Interest in cultural trends and brand territories related to areas such as music, film, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle.
  • Ability to identify insights and connect brands with communities and passions relevant to their audiences.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
